The HEAR HERE Community Billboard will be at the historic Ashby Flea Market, a gathering space for local entrepreneurs, artists and activists!
With support from Berkeley Civic Arts, the HEAR HERE Community Billboard Truck is teaming up with the Self Help Hunger Program to provide voice and visibility to unhoused neighbors’ experiences. We’ve been collaborating with the Self Help Hunger Community for the past several months, recording stories about family, gathering, reparations, sharing, and protecting - themes that invite people’s truth. The HEAR HERE Community Billboard truck will tour these videos throughout Berkeley over the summer.
