Mother’s of the Struggle with Self Help Hunger Program

We were so blessed and honored to be among such kind leaders in a profoundly supportive community during the Mother’s Day celebration hosted by the Self-Help Hunger Program (SHHP). The event brought together a beautiful constellation of people supporting people with essential resources and services for disadvantaged women and mothers in the community.

The HEAR/HERE documented responses from the community. The event was full with impressive and engaging activities: a panel discussion on issues affecting poor women today, presentations by community organizations, a community flea market, music, food to share, and plenty of informational resources to support anyone in need.
